The Yale Journal on Regulation Bulletin (Bulletin) is the online companion for the Yale Journal on Regulation (JREG). JREG is the top-ranked specialized journal in administrative and corporate law, among several other fields. We look forward to reviewing your submission.

Submissions

Our Bulletin editors review submissions year-round. Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, it is not possible to give feedback on submissions that are not accepted for publication. Nonetheless, we seek to notify every author when a final decision has been reached on the publication of his or her piece.

The Bulletin encourages submissions below 15,000 words. We may consider longer submissions, though their length weighs significantly against acceptance.

Expedites

If you have received a formal offer of publication from another journal and would like to receive an expedited review by the Bulletin, please notify us via Scholastica. We will attempt to honor all requests for expedited review.
